Beds were good and breakfast was nice! Kudos to attendant.
-
We really enjoyed our time here. The rooms met all requests. Characterful base for discovering Victor.
-
I feel it was a little expensive. The room had no refrigerator or microwave, no table, only one chair.
-
Everything
George didn't care for the eggs

Check-in staff was very polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
Housekeeping barged in at 8:30am unannounced while we were still sleeping to clean a room that we haven't yet checked out of yet (check out is 11am, check-in is at 3pm -- there is no need for this). When we brought it to the attention of the staff via a call, the response was dismissive and there was no follow-up. When we brought it up to the manager, we were told that we were in the wrong and that the hotel had followed standard procedure. Housekeeping starts everyday at 8am regardless if you have checked out or not. I have stayed in many, many hotels before and have never encountered anything like this. Disappointing customer service experience on top of the disrupted sleep and an unfortunate way to spend a holiday vacation.

Excellent breakfast and extremely comfortable bed!
Could hear people next door.
-
I like their breakfast, close to shopping mall, very convenient to stay there.
The boiled egg is cold, I like prefer hot
-
I always have good luck at Holiday Inn Express
-
It was clean and it was conveniently located
Some staff was excellent but others were not so nice
-
That James was able to open the hot tub early (on our departure morning) so I could relieve my pain. Close to a mall with restaurant locations.

The pool and hot tub were large for a smaller hotel. The bed was comfy, staff was very friendly, and everything was very clean. Coffee was tasty without being too strong and always available and HOT...not true in some other hotels.
The "hot" tub/spa was only lukewarm (even after we mentioned it on day 1 of a 3 day stay. The turkey sausage was yucky The first day they had little cheese omelets which weren't too bad, but the next day they had something unidentifiable inside (nothing was labeled), so I nibbled around the outside. I should have tried the pancakes, but I'm trying to cut down on carbs.
